Ready to Schedule Your Inspection?

Welcome! We’ve made booking your home inspection as easy as possible. Whether you are a homebuyer, seller, or real estate professional, our online scheduler allows you to secure an appointment in just a few minutes. Simply follow the steps below to choose your services and lock in your preferred date.

  1. Choose a Date & Time

    Select the day and time slot that works best for you. If you don’t see your preferred time available, please let us know—we usually can adjust our schedule to accommodate you – just reach out via comment, email or call us.

  2. Pick Your Services
    Choose your primary inspection type and any additional services (such as Sewer Scope, Radon Testing, etc..) that apply to the property. If you have a coupon code, enter it during checkout; we will apply the discount to your final invoice.

  3. Review Order & Begin the Sign/Pay Process
    Immediately after clicking “Schedule,” you will be directed to an Appointment Summary page. To complete your booking, click the Payment/Sign Agreement button. This will guide you through two quick steps:

    • Step 1: Digitally Sign your inspection agreement (required by WA law before the inspection can begin).

    • Step 2: Securely Pay your invoice online via credit card (required by ECE before the report will be visible online).

  4. Check Your Email for Your Personal Link
     Shortly after booking, you will also receive a confirmation email containing a secure, personal link. This link acts as your private portal—there is no need for usernames or passwords. You can use this link at any time to return to your summary page, check your status, or download your documents.

  5. View and Download Your Report
    As soon as your report is finalized, we will send you a notification email. Simply click your personal link to view, print, or download your full digital report. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the inspection (and no later than 48 hours during peak periods).
