Home Inspections
Our home inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice established by the State of Washington (WAC 308-408C)
and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®) (SOP Link).
Pricing is transparently based on:
Building size and age
Number and type of buildings included in the inspections
Optional service add-ons
All home inspections require a signed Pre-Home Inspection Agreement and pre-payment.
Inspection reports are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of completion via a secure, cloud-based link. Reports can be downloaded and shared freely.

ECE stores reports in-house for a minimum of 3 years, with online access available for a minimum of 1 year.
