Here, you can create your custom quote by selecting optional add-ons including total pricing and your preferred inspection date and time. Upon submission, you will automatically receive an email containing your formal quote and the WA-mandated contract.

To book your Home Inspection, please sign the first and last page of the contract and email it back to info@ececonsult.us. This is also an ideal time to communicate any specific property concerns or areas you would like us to investigate during the inspection.

We will confirm your appointment by email or contact you for clarifications or alternative dates if your preferred time is unavailable. Payments can be made by mailing a check or by credit card over the phone.

Reports will be ready to view online typically within 24 hours, and no longer than 48 hours during high-demand periods. We will send you a link to create your customer login – please see the ‘Customer Login’ tab on top.
