Most clients book instantly online using the book instantly online tab.
This is fast, convenient, and ensures your inspection is scheduled
immediately, with the inspection report available as soon as the report is
completed. For those who prefer, we are happy to assist over the phone, guiding
you through the online process: selecting the inspection date and time,
providing building and location details, and choosing any additional inspection
services. All services and the total price are displayed during the process.

With Online Booking our Clients Can Chose to:

1. Pay by Credit Card when Booking
The most popular and fastest method is instant online credit card payment
immediately after signing the Inspection Agreement, which is required by
Washington law before the inspection can begin. Payment by credit card can also
be made later, but must be received before the inspection report is released.

2. Finance with FlexFund — Book Now and Pay at Closing
FlexFund is available for home buyers, a pay-at-closing option through our partner
Guardian-FlexFund. This popular option allows the inspection to be scheduled and
ordered immediately, including any add-on services, while payment is handled through 
the title company at closing. It keeps the home buyer’s funds free during escrow, while
providing immediate access to the inspection report. At closing a $50 FlexFund fee
applies, regardless of the home inspection total. This option can be selected during the

3. Pay by Credit Card Before Receiving the Report
If payment is not made at the time of booking, credit card payment must be completed
before the inspection report will be released, which may cause delays, depending on
processing  times.

4. Mail-in Checks
If paying by check is more convenient, we gladly accept mailed-in checks. The 
inspection report will be released once the check clears, which may cause
delays depending on mail and bank processing times.
